BSM SBA EXPRESS complaint

I found that I have an unauthorized charge on my checking account from BSM/SBA EXPRESS from Las Vegas, Nevada. I am infuriated that they did that and I did not authorized it. I cannot even find a phone number to call or address to write from the list of SBM?SBA EXPRESS sites to complain and cancel the charge. I am going to keep trying but how do I go about looking for that number? I am closing my checking account and go to another bank. How did they ever find my account? hope they will not find my new account

I had the same thing happen when my husband ordered a free cd for SBA grants since he is starting his own business. The next thing you know this BSM/SBA from Las Vegas starts taking money out of our account left and right... my bank said the only thing I can do is cancel that number and open a different one, so that's what I did!

had the same problem and the company had no explanation on why we were being charged fees from different places besides saying we signed up for them which is a LIE, almost like placing blame on others rather than themselves. They did however refund the money!

Me too! I found that if you call Grant Master they can cancel all three and give you a refund. Just call the number on your bank transaction.

I have just had the same problem except I think I know exactly how they got my info, my husband went to a "free" grants site looking for some help on getting out of our debt situation and suddenly we are having so many companies taking money from our account that he say's he did not give permission to. He does not even know who these people are but they say they gave him free trial membership that he knows nothing about, even the "free" grant company is taking money. So much for their help.
