I am having the problem and it all started with the Grant Master program as well seems as though the only thing they have mastered is to take your money. contact them at 1-866-396-5694 and demand a refund on everything they have charged you. Make sure however that you tell them to refund all charges including any FREE trial that they have charged you for and are they really FREE I don't think so. Then contact your bank with the cancelation numbers along with a copy of this information and your bank should take care of any other charges you may have aquired. good luck
